ZNF25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,963 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL6, HDGFL3, and ITSN1. Each is linked with ZNF25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF25-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF25 versus RPL6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
