Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,667 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitochondrion localization, microtubule-mediated, Mitochondrion transport along microtubule, and Intraciliary anterograde transport. Each is linked with ZNF25 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF25-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF25 results are reported.
