Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF24 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZNF24 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
