Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF236 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF236-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB14, POGZ, and ZNF407. Each is linked with ZNF236 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF236-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF236 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF236 versus ZBTB14 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF236→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF236) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
