ZNF23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with ZNF23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF23-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ZNF23-low versus ZNF23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
