ZNF23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,710 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF19, CNEP1R1, and ATMIN. Each is linked with ZNF23 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF23-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF23 versus ZNF19 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
