Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF227 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF227-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with ZNF227 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF227-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF227 results are reported.
