ZNF225

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF225 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,921 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF225-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, IRGQ, and PAFAH1B3. Each is linked with ZNF225 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF225-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF225 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF225 versus PPIF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF225→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF225) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
