Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF225 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF225-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Macroautophagy, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ZNF225 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF225-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF225 results are reported.
