The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZNF223 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF223 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF223 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
