ZNF222

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF222 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF222-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD9P1, IGF2, and REXO1L8P. Each is linked with ZNF222 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF222-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF222 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRD9P1 grouped by ZNF222-low versus ZNF222-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF222→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF222) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
