ZNF22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,961 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, ZMYM2, and ZMYND11. Each is linked with ZNF22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF22-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF22 versus SMAD4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
