ZNF22

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,817 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF22-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CEACAM3, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with ZNF22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF22-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF22 versus FCGR3B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
