ZNF22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-16P, HIRIP3, and EME1. Each is linked with ZNF22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF22-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-16P grouped by ZNF22-low versus ZNF22-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
