Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF219 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF219-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with ZNF219 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF219-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF219 results are reported.
