Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF214 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,698 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF214-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP14, ZNF215, and NPAT. Each is linked with ZNF214 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF214-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF214 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF214 versus NLRP14 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF214→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
