The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF207 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF207 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where ZNF207 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
