ZNF207

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF207 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF207-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with ZNF207 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF207-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF207 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint grouped by ZNF207-low versus ZNF207-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF207→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF207) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
