The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNF202 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF202 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ZNF202 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
