Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF202 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF202-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, GAPDHS, and CA1. Each is linked with ZNF202 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF202-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF202 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF202 versus AQP9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF202→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF202) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
