Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF202 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,576 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF202-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA methylation, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of RNA stability. Each is linked with ZNF202 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF202-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF202 results are reported.
