ZNF200

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF200-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, RBM14, and AQR. Each is linked with ZNF200 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF200-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF200 versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF200→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
