Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF200 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,882 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF200-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTEP1, HPN, and CREB3. Each is linked with ZNF200 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF200-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF200 results are reported.
