ZNF200

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF200 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF200-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-700P, LINC01809, and PCBD1. Each is linked with ZNF200 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF200-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-700P grouped by ZNF200-low versus ZNF200-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF200→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
