ZNF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,009 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF791, ZNF443, and ZNF799. Each is linked with ZNF20 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF20-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF20 versus ZNF791 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
