ZNF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,996 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL2, KHSRP, and SAFB2. Each is linked with ZNF20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF20-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF20 versus HDGFL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
