ZNF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PR, and eEF2. Each is linked with ZNF20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF20-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ZNF20-low versus ZNF20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
