Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,987 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF845, KANSL3, and ZYG11B. Each is linked with ZNF2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF2 versus ZNF845 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
