ZNF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5696, RNU6-819P, and OR7L1P. Each is linked with ZNF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5696 grouped by ZNF2-low versus ZNF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
