ZNF189

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF189 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,231 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF189-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, XPA, and SEC63. Each is linked with ZNF189 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF189-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF189 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF189 versus RABL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF189→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF189) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
