The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ZNF185 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF185 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
OV, LIHC, and CESC are the cancer types where ZNF185 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
