Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF185 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF185-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP191, RNU6-116P, and GLOD4. Each is linked with ZNF185 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF185-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF185 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP191 grouped by ZNF185-low versus ZNF185-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF185→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF185) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
