ZNF184

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF184 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,585 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF184-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, NUP153, and STMN1. Each is linked with ZNF184 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF184-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF184 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF184 versus GNL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF184→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF184) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
