ZNF18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2K4, SPAG7, and TSR1. Each is linked with ZNF18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF18-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF18 versus MAP2K4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
