Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,007 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with ZNF18 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF18-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF18 results are reported.
