ZNF18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 444 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX50, CCDC134, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with ZNF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF18-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX50 grouped by ZNF18-low versus ZNF18-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
