Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF177 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF177 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF177 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF177 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LAML show a favorable association.
UCEC, LAML, and ACC are the cancer types where ZNF177 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
