Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF175 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF175 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ZNF175 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF175 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF175 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
