Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF174 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF174-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF460-AS1, SOX18, and C1orf229. Each is linked with ZNF174 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF174-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF174 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF174 versus ZNF460-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF174→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF174) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
