Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,796 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Vesicle coating, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with ZNF17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF17-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF17 results are reported.
