Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF160 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF160 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ZNF160 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF160 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF160 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
