Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF160 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF160-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, HPS1, and RNU6-639P. Each is linked with ZNF160 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF160-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF160 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by ZNF160-low versus ZNF160-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF160→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
