Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF160 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF160-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with ZNF160 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF160-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF160 results are reported.
