ZNF160

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF160 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF160-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF6, IL22, and OR2D3. Each is linked with ZNF160 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF160-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF160 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 grouped by ZNF160-low versus ZNF160-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF160→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
