Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, PTK2, and AGO2. Each is linked with ZNF16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF16-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF16 versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
