Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, POLE2, and VCPKMT. Each is linked with ZNF16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF16-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF16 versus NCF4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
