ZNF16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, RNU2-27P, and MCM5. Each is linked with ZNF16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF16-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by ZNF16-low versus ZNF16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
