The most reproducible ZNF16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Central nervous system morphogenesis, and Blastocyst growth. Each is linked with ZNF16 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF16-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF16 results are reported.
