The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF155 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF155 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where ZNF155 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
