ZNF154

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF154 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,916 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF154-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1B1, OR4A5, and OR1C1. Each is linked with ZNF154 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF154-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF154 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1B1 grouped by ZNF154-low versus ZNF154-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF154→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
